How Our Recruitment Process Works
Welcome to NAV India! The recruiting procedure that will take place today is outlined below.

Submit Application
The HR staff evaluates the candidate's profile.

Assessment by Recruitment Team
The candidate completes the registration requirements.

Technical Screening
The candidate is then assessed on Accounting, Logical Reasoning, Excel skills.

Face to Face Interactions
Shortlisted candidate is subsequently interviewed by NAV's top executives.

Selection
Candidate is given a Letter of Intent which signifies candidate is shortlisted for the final HR round.
